Plans and usage
What your plan includes, how the monthly Core allowance works, and how to change plans.
Settings > Plan and usage shows your plan, how many projects you have out of your limit, and how much of this month's AI allowance is used. Your plan also appears in the account menu.
Your plan
Every account starts on the Starter plan, and nothing is charged during the beta. A plan code from the Complaintr team moves the account to another plan: enter it on the last step of the first setup, or under Have a plan code? on this page. Each code works once, for one account. If a limit is in your way, ask Support in the account menu.
What a plan decides
- Projects: how many you can create.
- AI features: Chat, Ask Core, the weekly summary, drafts written by Core (knowledge, campaigns, surveys).
- Telegram: filing complaints only, or full workspace access in a linked chat.
- A monthly AI allowance, shared by those AI features. It resets on the first day of every month at 00:00 UTC. You get a notification when most of it is used and when all of it is; until it resets, those features pause.
Your customers never need a plan or an account to write to you.
Core usage
Core usage in the account menu shows how many requests you have left right now. It allows 30 a minute and refills by itself.
