Complaintr Docs

Your workspace

Organize applications and make the workspace fit your routine.

Your workspace brings applications, complaints, and the assistant together. Start from the sidebar; use search to move between areas without losing your place.

Where things live

Open Overview for recent activity and Settings for account preferences. The Home destination depends on your landing-page preference.

Weekly AI summary

Open in Complaintr
  1. Open Overview and click Weekly AI summary in the header.
  2. Read the overview, key themes, critical issues, and recommended actions in the right panel.
  3. Expand Filters to narrow the complaints by search, application, status, source, severity, category, or dates, then click Apply.
  4. Open a linked complaint to inspect its details.
  • The summary always covers the past 7 days, regardless of the Overview period selection. Date filters can narrow that window.
  • When more than 200 complaints match, the panel shows how many were analyzed.
  • The feature requires AI access and an available AI provider.

The panel summarizes complaints from the past 7 days. It stays on that window even when you change the Overview period. Apply filters to focus on specific complaints, or select a linked complaint to inspect it. If more than 200 complaints match, the panel shows how many were included in the AI analysis.

Organize by application

Use one application for each product, service, or project you want to track separately. Several channels can send reports to the same application. Give reporters the registered name so their feedback reaches the right destination.

For an existing application, open Applications and select it to inspect its details and complaints. To add another, follow Your first complaint.

Choose your starting page

Open in Complaintr
  1. In the sidebar, open Settings.
  2. In the Workspace panel, find Landing page.
  3. Choose Chat or Dashboard. The selection is saved immediately.

Choose Dashboard for an activity overview or Chat to begin with the assistant.

Set up notifications

Connect your Telegram account from Integrations > Telegram and enable New complaint alerts. Account linking and notification preferences are separate: a connected account can have alerts turned off.

See Telegram setup for the complete flow.

Keep collection and management separate

Public intake lets people report a problem with a registered application. Your signed-in workspace is where you read and manage your own reports. Installing a widget or connecting an MCP client does not grant access to your dashboard.
