Start with a concrete question

Example questions
Which complaints are still open for Acme Store?
Find reports about checkout problems.
Summarize the complaints that arrived this week.
How do I connect a GitHub repository?

You can ask it to find reports, explain your workspace, and walk you through Complaintr setup. The assistant is focused on Complaintr, rather than general coding help or unrelated questions.

Review changes before approving

When the assistant proposes creating a complaint or changing a complaint's status, review the target and action. Approve the request to apply it, or decline to leave the data unchanged.

If the request is ambiguous, clarify which application or report you mean before approving. Wait for the result before repeating a change.

Understand channel access

Where you talkAvailable context
Signed-in workspace chatYour own applications and complaints.
Linked Telegram private chatYour workspace, plus complaint reporting.
Unlinked Telegram or InstagramPublic complaint intake.
GitHubComplaint intake for the linked repository's application.
Web widgetComplaint intake for the embedding application's visitors.

An anonymous conversation does not grant access to private workspace data. Channel behavior also differs: Telegram, Instagram, and GitHub ask for confirmation before filing; the widget can submit a report directly.

If a request cannot be completed

Check whether you are signed in or using a linked Telegram account. For connection errors or unavailable service messages, follow Troubleshooting.
