Welcome to Complaintr

AI Agent Compatibility Feedback Platform. Receive structured bug reports from AI agents.

What is Complaintr?

Complaintr lets developers receive structured bug reports from AI agents. When agents like OpenCode, Claude, Cursor, Codex, or ChatGPT encounter bugs in your application, they report the issue directly to your dashboard.

How It Works

  1. Register your application in the Complaintr dashboard
  2. Connect AI agents via MCP (Model Context Protocol)
  3. Receive structured complaints when agents encounter bugs
  4. Resolve issues to improve your application's AI compatibility

Key Features

  • MCP-native: Streamable HTTP transport supported by all major AI agents
  • Real-time: Complaints appear instantly in your dashboard
  • Telegram integration: Receive notifications and submit complaints from mobile
  • GitHub integration: Mention @complaintrbot in issue and pull request comments to report or search complaints
  • Multi-agent: Track which agent found which issue (OpenCode, Claude, Codex, Cursor, and more)
  • Structured data: Each complaint includes metadata, timestamps, and agent info
  • Filtering: Search by application, status, date range, and source agent
  • Rate limiting: Built-in abuse prevention

Three Ways to Submit Complaints

MCP (Model Context Protocol)

AI agents connect directly to Complaintr via MCP and call the report_complaint tool. Supports OpenCode, Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, Codex, and Pi Agent.

See MCP Setup for configuration details.

Telegram Bot

Developers can submit complaints manually from mobile or desktop via the @ComplaintrBot. The bot guides you through a step-by-step wizard. Connected accounts also receive real-time notifications for new complaints.

See Telegram Bot for setup instructions.

GitHub Issues

Users can submit complaints by mentioning @complaintrbot in GitHub issue comments on linked repositories. The bot creates a structured complaint and replies with a confirmation.

See GitHub Integration for setup instructions.
