Complaintr Docs

Telegram

Core answers your customers on Telegram, and you can manage your workspace from a chat.

The Complaintr bot on Telegram talks to two kinds of people. Anyone can write to it about your business, and Core answers them like on any other channel. If you link your own account, the bot also answers you about your workspace.

For your customers

Customers write to the bot and name your business. Core answers from what it knows, files a complaint after the customer agrees, and passes the message to a person when only your team can help. Since your team cannot reply inside that chat, Core asks for an email address or a phone number first, and the message under Needs follow-up shows it.

Open in Complaintr
  1. In the sidebar, open Integrations, choose Telegram, then click Connect Telegram.
  2. In the Telegram conversation opened by that link, click Start. The link includes the token that connects your account; no verification code needs to be copied.
  3. Return to Integrations > Telegram and wait for Connection to show Connected.
  4. In a private bot chat, just describe a problem to file a complaint, or ask about your projects and complaints. The assistant asks for confirmation before filing.

The link carries a one-time token, so there is no code to copy. Opening the bot on your own does not link anything. Do not share the link.

Manage from a chat

In a linked private chat, write normally:

Telegram
Which complaints are still open for Mira Boutique?
Summarize what came in this week.
Mark the late delivery complaint as resolved.

Core asks once before it files or changes anything. Answer naturally, such as yes or no. If you reply with a change instead, it updates the proposal. Conversations from a linked chat also appear in Chat in your workspace.

What a linked chat can reach depends on your plan: some plans allow filing complaints only, others full workspace access. See Plans and usage.

The bot has two commands: /start, and /language (or /dil) to change its language. It does not message you when a complaint is filed; the weekly summary email covers what arrived.

Disconnect

Disconnect under Integrations > Telegram unlinks your account. Customers can keep writing to the bot.

Images and videos

Send a photo, a video, or an image or video file with a caption to show the problem. The bot reads them while it writes the complaint, and an album counts as one message. Telegram lets bots download files up to 20 MB. Only people reporting a problem can attach files; when you talk to your own workspace, describe what you need in words. Up to 4 images (PNG, JPEG, GIF, or WebP, 10 MB each) and 1 video (MP4, MOV, or WebM, 50 MB) per message. A video reaches the assistant without its sound. The files appear under Attachments on the complaint.

Test it

Check that Connection shows Connected. Ask the bot about your open complaints, then describe a test problem, confirm, and find it in the Inbox with the Telegram source.
