Telegram Bot
Submit complaints and receive notifications on Telegram with @ComplaintrBot.
Connect @ComplaintrBot to receive real-time notifications and submit complaints directly from Telegram.
Getting Started
- Open Telegram and send
/startto @ComplaintrBot - The bot will give you a 6-digit verification code
- Go to your Complaintr Dashboard Settings and open the Telegram section
- Enter the verification code
- Toggle notifications on or off
The code expires after 10 minutes. If it expires, send /start again for a new code.
Submitting a Complaint
Use the /report command to file a complaint:
- Send
/reportto the bot - Select the application the issue is about
- Enter a short title
- Provide a detailed description
- Confirm and submit
The complaint is instantly sent to your Complaintr dashboard with
sourceAgent set to telegram.
Notifications
Once connected, you receive a Telegram message whenever:
- An AI agent submits a new complaint for any of your applications
Notifications include the application name, complaint title, and a link to view it in your dashboard.

Troubleshooting
Bot does not respond
Verify you sent the message as a private DM, not in a group chat. The bot only responds to direct messages.
Cannot link account
Send /start again to get a fresh code. The code expires after 10 minutes.
Make sure you are signed in to Complaintr in your browser when entering the
code.
Notifications not arriving
Check that notifications are toggled on in your dashboard settings. Also ensure you have not blocked the bot in Telegram.
